Hell's Kitchen Loft
The ultimate classic New York City bachelor pad with personality and flair! Steps away from Time Square, this loft-style one bedroom apartment is located in a pre-war 9-story building erected in 1929. Originally built as the armory for the 77th “Statue of Liberty” Division of the United States Army Reserve, there are moments throughout that continue to tell its history.
Previously owned by a famous photographer who liked his space dark, eccentric, and decorated with lots of taxidermy, the space got a major makeover starting with a fresh coat of paint, refinishing the kitchen cabinets and all new furniture. With only two windows in the living room, the lighting was also updated to make up for the lack of natural light. With a mix of eclectic objects, mid-century furniture, and a modern twist, this second home is perfect for spontaneous New York City getaways.
